One easygoing trip to Barcelona

It is pretty charming to visit a place you’ve been to several times before. Especially big cities like Barcelona that have so much to offer – from great food to beautiful sights. Even though I’ve visited all of the famous symbols of the Catalonian capital before, seeing some of them again was heartwarming.

But the main purpose of this trip was just to enjoy and relax. If you’ve been following me for the past months, you may have picked up, that me and my boyfriend moved 600 km north. A new home and a new job in a new city sound exciting but it can also be truly overwhelming. That’s why I’m not at all ashamed to admit that we slept in every day on this trip, went to brunch and for easygoing walks through the city…

…followed by a nice dinner and drinks. And somehow we found so many amazing rooftop bars and viewing points. It was so perfect!

La Pallaresa Xocolateria Xurreria

  • Located near Plaça del Pi and La Rambla
  • really good coffee
  • super tasty cakes and sweets
  • very nice and friendly staff
  • kinda reminded me of my childhood

  • Amazing coffee, may be one of the best baristas in the city
  • Beautiful interior and atmosphere
